    Abstract
For years Space Exploration and development had lost interest in the general public. But new agencies, new exploration sand new Entrepreneurs have caught the eye of the people again. The Rosetta Mission, The Curiosity Rover, SpaceX, Virgin Galactic, the ISS videos, and the possible future Mars manned Mission, have again caught the interest of most people on Earth.

We live in a Society where there are new thrills, new technologies every day, but none can have the impact in the lives of billions of people as Space Exploration can. The implications of new economic resources to be found or a new inhabitable planet would have such impact in humanity that expansion to another planet could actually ensue in future years.

This paper will focus in how, by the development of Space related industries in developing countries can create a new economic and industrial boom, and in a near future, new possible participants in Space Exploration. It will regard the implications, costs, legal framework required, and most importantly, the need for collaboration, specially in south America, in order to generate a more “Space Active” Latin America. As well as the impact that this will have, both locally in South American Countries, and to the Global Society.
