    Abstract
    This paper describes the knowledge management profile of China Academy of Launch Vehicle Technology(hereinafter referred to as "CALT"), and briefly introduces the consulting staff organization of CALT, which is Science and Technology Committee. Corresponding to the functions of Science and Technology Committee, its operations are combing, and related knowledge resources are mining, then these knowledge resources are deeply utilized.Through these efforts, Science and Technology Committee provides great support for knowledge management work of CALT.
    
      This paper introduces two cases to discuss the role of Science and Technology Committee and processes it uses to knowledge management operations.
    
     On the one hand, Science and Technology Committee organizes issues research results in the form of papers, recommendations, reports, etc. This paper introduces several methods to utilize these knowledge resources widely, such as uploading documents to knowledge management information system, publishing relevant research papers on periodicals and so on.
    
     On the other hand, high-level experts are the most important resources of Science and Technology Committee .Through interviews with a wide range of expert resources, valuable tacit knowledge resources are diged and organized, and then by means of knowledge management information system these knowledge is widely shared for all the staff,especially younger generations.
