    Abstract
    “TELSTAR” is the free magazine on space published by the graduate students and undergraduate students. Its main purpose is to inspire many people to be interested in space development. Its main targets are Japanese high school students because they hold the future of our country in their hands. It publishes and distribute free magazine containing topics about Japanese/ foreign space development and give them chances to become people who tie their interests to space. 
    Actually, there are a lot of media that become interested chances in the space development like science magazines and picture books for children and adult. But there are a few media for teenagers who responsible for space development in the near future. Thus, during teenage, they lost the interest in the space. Such they are target of “TELSTAR”.
    Now, it published 5000~10000 copies and it distributes it to Japanese high schools, science museums and parts of the Japanese universities. In this paper I describe the introduction of the activities and future’s view of the group. In this group, both students who are design department and the character of “TELSTAR” is that the magazines are produced by university students who are close to high school students. Thus, it can write interesting articles.
