    Abstract
    This paper is a compilation of the work realized in the CubeSat AztechSat-1, following Systems Engineering NASA methodology, the CubeSat was elaborated with participation of several American and Mexican universities and institutions that culminate with the success of the Phase C.
    
    This work helps to develop the application of the Systems Engineering methodology that has not been generally applied in Mexico for aerospace projects and brought problems with the different ways of work in booth countries, also includes the AztechSat-1 mission success criteria, objectives, principal requirements concluding with the mission success risk analysis and mitigation.
