- Abstract
This work aims to capitalize the experience of the author as legal practitioner in space sector in building international agreements beetween governements, space agencies, industrials and space users. It recalls common practices in negociating such cooperations and analyses their specific clauses such as waivers of claims, limitation of responsibilities, export control, non disclosure and intelectual owneship. Philippe Clerc is currently head of legal department at CNES, the French Space Agency, he has also been employed by Arianespace and the French Space Ministry
