    \maketitle
The scopes of the International Cooperation among state institutions is projected with the aim of mutual benefit in favor of development. In the technological area two types of actors can be identified; those who possess information systems and innovative platforms across which they are positioned internationally by their access and availability of information, which is provided via satellite, on the other hand, are the States that are in a transitional process of modernization, these are those who serve as beneficiaries and requesting of information to the countries that possess this technology.

The Coordination of International Affairs and Spatial Security of the Mexican Space Agency derived from various meetings with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), has raised the possibility of a donation of 10 antennas for Mexico, which was accepted by the NOAA for the implementation of a network of receiving stations of the GEONETCast system (Remote Perception Tools for Decision Making on Environmental Phenomena and Disasters in Latin America and the Caribbean). This allowed the assignment of different entities for the operation and implementation of these tools in the country.

Likewise, the Mexican Space Agency is working on a proposal to develop a project that will consist of promoting a GEONETCast Network in Mexico in order to distribute the information obtained by all the institutions that were benefited by this donation.

As already mentioned, this is a transitional process of modernization, of which Mexico, with the correct use, may become part, through the Mexican Space Agency, of the "International Charter: Space and Major Disasters" as a member Active for the reception and processing of information. This is an important step for the country because due to our location and geography, we are exposed to all kinds of natural disasters, from floods and droughts, to volcanoes, earthquakes, hurricanes and Tsunamis.
