    Abstract
    China National Space Infrastructure includes communication satellites, navigation satellites, remote sensing satellites, ground system and
    related systems. Remote sensing system is one of the biggest part of China National Space Infrastructure. 
    
    Series of land observation, ocean observation and atmosphere observation satellites have been suggested to have high, middle and low resolution for different application on different orbits and with different means of payloads to achieve a high ability for global synthetically observation. It will be the follow-on mission after the National High Resolution Earth Observation System (NHREOS). Some typical satellites have been introduced in terms of its performance and configure.
    
    With such an infrastructure, we can carry out the research on climate change, geophysics global surveying and mapping, water resources management, safety and emergency management, and so on. This paper gives a detailed introduction about the planning of this infrastructure and its potential application in different area, especially the international cooperation in the so called One Belt and One Road space information corridor. The State Council has ratified the plan in 2015, and some satellites has been already under the
    development or even launched into the orbit.
