    Abstract
KhalifaSat (KHS) mission is the 3rd earth observation satellite of Dubai Government, which will be launched with an advanced payload KhlifaSat Camera System (KHCS). Both of them have the same Optical System except for the Focal Plan Assembly (FPA) in KHCS, which was newly developed from scratch to have higher resolution images with enhanced quality. KhalifaSat Payload was developed by our consultant SATREC Initiative in South Korea, similar to its predecessor DubaiSat-2 Payload High Resolution Advanced Imaging System (HiRAIS). The focal plan assembly was developed by MBRSC in Dubai, assembled and tested in South Korea. The presentation material gives an overview of KHCS Design development with more focus on the QM telescope results, specifications and applications.
