data exchange satellite constellation\{{de\_sat\}}established by china space consists of global network of 60 low earth orbit small satellites and accompanying ground infrastructure. our two way communication system enables industry and public users to track, monitor, control and communicate with fixed and mobile assets located anywhere on earth in real\_time. combine with inter\_satellite link technology, we believe our system can provide the most cost\_effective m2m communication services with the largest coverage in the world. de\_sat devote itself to establish a global communication network to promote interantional communication interconnection and information sharing, and to assist mankind to build an information silk road. as a multi\_function and wide\_ranging constellation system, de\_sat integrates data acquisition, data exchange, ads\_b, ais, mobile broadcast, navigation enhancement and many other satellite applications, we dedicate ourselves to improve industry assets visibility and productivity, the most important thing is we are willing to share this constellation to all the world. by the year 2020, after constellation network complete,there will be a global coverage real\_time communication system serve the human race,every single person can use this technology in a very low cost and the people on this planet will never be alone.- Abstract document
