    Abstract
The paper presents a comparison study of main consumer-oriented characteristics of commercial spacecraft being in operation (Soyuz) and currently under development (Federatsiya, Starliner, Crew Dragon, etc.). The closer the commission of commercial spacecraft is the more divergent opinions and assessments of how the spacecraft can be used in the future appear. The commercial spacecraft to be used in current and forthcoming human spaceflight programs have been analyzed from different perspectives. The comparison study findings may be used for a commercial human spaceflight market forecast. Despite the existing differences in consumer properties of the compared commercial spacecraft, the prospects for Soyuz spacecraft being in regular operation for a long time are estimated quite high due to their efficiency and reliability.
