- Abstract
Space tourism is the inevitable outcome of the space commercial development, and the active promotion of the application development of private human access to space will bring broad prospects for future space transportation market. According to the international and domestic research, suborbital space tourism based on reusable vehicles is expected to make civil commercial space activities feasible and popular, which has the advantages of low cost, rich flight experience projects, mature technology, high return on investment and others. In this paper, the present development status of suborbital space tourism projects is analyzed, and according to the key technical problems and market application requirements, the future development plan and implementation scheme are put forward.
