The paper discusses the development trend of the aerospace manufacturing under some influences of Intelligent Manufacturing based on the realities of aerospace manufacturing .The basic and key technology of aerospace Intelligent manufacturing firstly is discussed，then the implementation approach of aerospace Intelligent manufacturing is researched, finally the Development ideas of Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing in Industry 4.0 situation is submitted.
