    Abstract
    With the requirement of high reliability and intelligence for China’s new generation of heavy-lift launch vehicle Long March 5,this paper presents a new architecture of Test Launch and Control System. It includes Hot-standby redundancy PLC control system, double redundancy digital control power-supply , High-speed interactive communication system and intelligent test system. Based on the presened architecture, Fault tolerant performance is investigated in a variety of work modes.In the architecture, Testing and control data can be rapidly processed,analyzed and reliable transmitted; Control equipment can be switched intelligently in fault modes and isolate the failed part immediately.With a complete success of the first launch of Long March-5 carrier rocket on November 3, 2016,the Test Launch and Control System was verified on its high reliability and excellent performance.It will serve the China’s Lunar exploration project and Mars exploration project in the future.
