- Abstract
Third generation space exploration efforts are most likely to succeed through utilization of focused advantage programs. A globally flexible and locally reflective framework for these “building blocks” is necessary to support strategic international goals. Modular systems are still dependent on an existing medium; no matter the location, all engineering and exploration efforts are built on strong foundations of public desire and education. The most efficacious framework and building blocks will maintain that foundational strength through means that maximize connection and minimize dissipation of primary focus. This paper and interactive presentation will outline a progressive methodology for sustaining a modular space exploration framework though integrated engagement on public and primary educational fronts.
