- Abstract
Nowadays, in the exploring of the universe, scientists have discovered that there are abundant resources in the space. Through the decades of development and utilization, a number of important scientific achievements with the practical value have been made, and provided the possibility to solve the problems of global society. This paper firstly summarizes the basic situation of global social problems and space resources, then makes a detailed description of the contributions of the human space activities to solving the global social issues, and makes a prospect for the future development of the related technologies.
