    Abstract
Space promotes international collaborations through sharing of knowledge and technology due to its scientific discovery, where it groups various disciplines all together. Therefore, Space imposes nations to work together, hand in hand, to share knowledge and best practices. These collaborations are vital and extremely beneficial to newly established Space sectors and would help in their further developing.

This paper will highlight a very distinctive recent Space educational collaboration between three large corporations; Lockheed Martin, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Space Agency and Mubadala, called Space Fundamental Training Program (SFTP). This training program targeted recent hired employees from various Space stakeholders in the United Arab Emirates. The paper will explain in details the unique structure of this training program, along with its phases and covered technical and commercial topics. Finally, the paper will touch on the technical and strategic impact of having such training program on a relatively young Space sector in the UAE, and how it will contribute in building the infrastructure for a sustainable Space industry within the county.
