    Abstract
The Ephemerides Association was founded by a PhD student in Astronomy. The association is devoted to the promotion and advancement of knowledge of the universe through research and education. The main activities of the association are scientific meetings, the planning and realization of scientific projects, the support of the scientific activities of its members, and the dissemination of related information among members and other interested persons. The association targets the disadvantaged zones of the Paris suburbs. The main issue was how to bring astronomy in those places. In the suburbs, since most of the youth are poor, most cultural or scientific leisure activities like are out of reach. Thus, mostly of them will play football or basketball outside. We decided to go to meet those young people who find themselves together in the evening. We prepare the telescope as well as the fasicules to start the observation of the planets. The discussion finally lead to their career plans and aspirations. Astronomy has become a tool to address societal issues. We present our results after three years of activity.
