    Abstract
The incursion in the field of aerospace technology is an aspect in which more and more countries are immersed. However, the necessary economic investment is very high, since the objectives are also further and more ambitious. That is why we see more and more frequently the works and missions in collaboration. Today, one no longer see a competition, a space race, but rather a collaboration to go further in space.
In the case of the countries of the European Union; although each country has its space agency, such as France with its French Space Agency (CNES), Germany with its German Aerospace Center (DLR), among others; they have also formed the European Space Agency (ESA). The ESA allows to direct and join efforts towards the objectives related to space technology.
Taking as a reference the good European experience, the formation of a South American space agency called SPAACE (South American Program and Aerospace Agency for Cooperation and Exploration) is proposed. This idea was born during the development of the First Aerospace Bolivian Conference (ABC) held from 23 to 27 July 2014 in the city of La Paz, where representatives from Bolivia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay participated, also one received the contribution of European scientists who shared their experience with ESA. This idea was again discussed, debated and supported during the Second Aerospace Bolivian Conference - ABC 2016 developed from 27 to 29 July 2016 in the city of La Paz. During both events, participants stressed the need to form the South American space agency to join forces and embark together in the space age based on the different strengths that each country has, such as geographical position, human capacity, among others.
If the European countries, speaking different languages, were able to enter into an agreement. South American countries, speaking the same language, we can achieve this goal.
