    Abstract
    In 2014, NASA competitively awarded Space Act Agreements for Collaborations on Commercial Space Capabilities (CCSC) to four industry partners:
    \begin{itemize}\item SpaceX on Red Dragon\end{itemize}
    \begin{itemize}\item United Launch Alliance on Vulcan and ACES\end{itemize}
    \begin{itemize}\item Orbital ATK on the Mission Extension Vehicle\end{itemize}
    \begin{itemize}\item Final Frontier Design on IVA Space Suits\end{itemize}
    The objective of CCSC is to make NASA's technical data and expertise available to the private sector to help develop commercial capabilities which are relevant to NASA's exploration strategy. Each partner is receiving technical expertise from across NASA under these agreements. This paper will describe the innovative commercial systems being developed, how NASA is supporting them with its technical expertise, and the effectiveness of these agreements as viewed by NASA's CCSC partners.
