    Abstract
With the ever growing development on space exploration and tourism there's an ever increasing need to regulagte certain aspects of international law that, because of the particularities of space travel haven't been needed, as it becomes a multinational enterprise, with crews formed by multinational teams, the importance of a unified code of law becomes a necessity.

So far, the inclusion of codes of conduct by the goverment agencies has been a suitable regulation to the interactions of the individuals in space, and even international organizations like the ISS suscribe to mutual agreements between the participant countries without many problems, however, with prospects such as the surge in space tourism and therefore the inclusion of crews with states in conflicts can result in international incidents if there's no consensus in matters of jurisdiction.

Thus, I propose the creation of a criminal code that regulates and typifies unlawful actions in space, as the need of a series of laws that protect the rights of individuals in space and garantee the safety of international relationships between states.

Taking as the foundation of my research the developments of criminal laws in international waters, i hope to generate debate on the creation of such codes of laws that will become vital in the next step in space exploration.
