    Abstract
Although Kuwait is a non-space faring country, some steps are actually taken to expand the country’s involvement in space activities. This expansion might lead to the establishment of a national space agency.
This paper brings space exploration into consideration by decision makers in Kuwait. As the country is moving toward establishing a space agency, this paper is to propose conceptual mission scenarios that are reasonable and able to utilize the country’s capabilities. The main desire is to define potential opportunities and benefits when implementing the proposed mission scenarios. The recommendations proposed in this paper were derived from the Global Exploration Roadmap.
