    Abstract
The Moon Village Association (MVA) Working Group on Cooperation and Collaboration is focused on developing basic principles and tenets of coordination between possible Moon Village participants, including space agencies, private industry, academia and other partners, in an open and inclusive framework. In accordance with iterating basic principles and norms between Moon Village actors, the International Space University (ISU) 2018 Space Studies Program (SSP) held a series of workshops in its Space and Humanities (HUM) and Space Policy, Economics, and Law (PEL) departments which explored the Moon Village Vision, actors and interests in the Moon Village, and basic concepts in governance for a successful and sustainable Moon Village program.

This paper will develop and expand upon these themes and issues, aimed at providing input and guidance back to the Moon Village Association.
