    Abstract
This paper introcues the work done to optimize the work done for preparing a commercial suborbital rocket to be launched from the northern space ports in Europe. Such launch sites offer a great chance of european rockets to reach low space profile however it comes at very high costs due to very high labor costs. This paper presents a research of optimizing the launch preparations of a suborbitla rocket to be launched from Esrange/Andoya space ports. The work presented here divides the main points in a launch campaign package and offers compromising acts to shorten the time needed to prepare a vehicle for launch. These steps offers the reviewers solutions to compress the launch campagin days and avoid etra costs while maintaining key safety points.
