    Abstract
Space elevator which research progresses as one of low cost space transport technologies. In addition to individual technical issues for realization, it is necessary to consider "coexistence with artificial satellites", "defense from space debris", "defense against artificial destruction and robbery", "dual use of private use and military use" There is a problem and risks such as international consensus is difficult to construct because it is easy to use as many purpose. We will introduce the activities toward establishment of the international coordination mechanism, which will be considered at the International Space Administration Academy of Space Administration (IAA) Space System operation and utilization Committee.
