    Abstract
In a previous work we referred to the various legal categories that make up the corpus iuris of Outer Space Law, noting that there are consolidated norms and norms in the process of confirmation or norms in status nascendi. This is not the only difficulty facing the Law of Space because the different kinds of instruments that make it up are: treaties and agreements, general declarations, resolutions, etc., raising in itself an aspect not only of uniformity of its legal status but of its legal value. This affects the applicable corpus iuris and cannot be considered a theoretical issue before the growing private presence in space activities. The development of Space Law and it utility for regulated the news activities in the Cosmos is a mandatory task to future.
