- Abstract
In the report the space program of scientifically-commercial mastering of a space for 30 years will be provided. In the report opportunity and sending cost to stars of the first probes will be justified. Methods of their acceleration to speeds of the close to light velocity and protection against a flow of an interstellar dust and radiation. Specific projects of real devices for an acceleration of interstellar probes will be offered. Economic and technical capability of construction before 2030 the first an interstellar probe in mass of 1-100 kg will be shown
