- Abstract
This paper will present the status quo of online tools for workforce development. The tools will be separated into three groups, live online, hybrid, and recorded online. The goal is deliver a handbook with use cases and recommendations. The paper will first discuss the historical development of online tools, the differences to deliver trainings and the content creation process. This paper is a part of the ongoing workforce development research by Catalyze Space, first presented as paper IAC-18,E1,5,4,x44101.
