    Abstract
As Governments encourage more space businesses to adopt latest technologies and also in particularly space applications. There are a number of questions in relation to how businesses and NewSpace startups could mitigate their risks.

One example would be the utilisation of satellites like QZSS and Gallileo where for established businesses the shift may be of concern. Both QZSS and Galileo provide new services such as more accurate services. Could insurance play a part in mitigating the risk?
If so, to what extent and how?
Do current policies satisfy the need of the growing Newspace market?
Or something new needs to be addressed?
This paper would look at the current trends and what possible ideas could be explored including on standards in insurance and data analysis in predicting risks.
