    Abstract
    Abstract: For the 20th Anniversary of International Charter, it is worthwhile to look back the 20 years’ development and progress in the IAC meeting. To address a keynote speech, CNSA try to summarize the achievements and experiences of Charter in this 20 years, mainly from four aspects: Firstly, an overall look back of 20 years successful operations of Charter, 17 members contribute XX satellites to XXX activations from XXX countries and effectively response to space and major disasters all over the world; Secondly, try to analyse the effective mechanism of charter how can it guarantee the 20 years successful operation; Then some experiences and lessons that we learn from are discussed; In the end, the ways of Charter forward are also presented.
