    Abstract
In this paper, the fact of changing the shape and composition of solar cells for orbital satellites was discussed. Through solar cells sensitized with DSSC dyes, using pigments and fragments of {\it Nostoc sp} , and {\it Sphaerocystis sp}, a {\it Cyanobacteria} and a {\it Chlorophyta} respectively.

It has been shown that these specimens have resistance to microgravity, radiation and low temperatures. That is why the proposal is, to use this type of DSSC panels with pigments of {\it Nostoc sp}, and {\it Sphaerocystis sp}, for the current replacement of photovoltaic panels / cells in orbital satellites.

This change brings a radical change in space exploration, as the compounds are much more efficient, organic and ecological in terms of their performance, as well as their production; increasingly less impact on the contamination of our Earth orbit with space debris.

This way of the elaboration of solar cells will benefit us in several ways, and will bring Biology even closer in the engineering and manufacturing in the space sector, it is the first step to create the most efficient solar cells, and further more, biological engineering in space exploration.
