- Abstract
Space business is moving fast and requires new paradigm and new way of thinking to make it real. Airbus as a Major actor of the Next Space chapter initiated several years ago a complete re-thinking of the future of Space business taking into account the different technology breakthrough as Robotics, Tools, AI-based robotic skills, Additive Manufacturing and Autonomy. With the delivery of Metal3D, the first metal part 3D printer to be flown early 2023 onboard the ISS and the development of an In orbit Robotic factory, Airbus will master the End to End Out of Earth Manufacturing and Assembly chain. Ongoing achievements and the way forward will be presented: It is hapening soon!
