- Abstract
Since the establishment of UAE Space Agency in 2014, the scale of space programs has increased significantly with dedicated support from UAE leadership. in order To sustain this increment for the near future, the need to introduce a new framework to standardize space program management emerged to minimize the uncertainties and maximize the agility of the space programs. moreover, This standardization will help to increase the robustness of the framework for space program management and ensure the use of best practices. therefore, a survey will be conducted for current program trends to introduce this framework for a better understanding of the current practices. in addition, these practices will be evaluated to combine the best practices and discuss the trade-off analysis towards defining ways for minimizing uncertainties and increasing agility. in the end, The resulting framework will help to increase the success rate towards sustaining space programs.
