    Abstract
The Moon Village – Participation of Emerging space countries (MV-PESC) project aims to involve developing countries in moon activities. The PESC project is a capacity building program that support teams to create a roadmap for their country. This roadmap involves many elements that describe how a particular developing country can be involved in moon activities. The PESC project can be seen as a major contribution by the MVA for a sustainable and fair access to the moon including the utilization of lunar resources.
As in January 2022, 8 teams from 8 different countries submitted roadmaps and active to achieve the roadmaps in reality. In addition to describing the PESC project and the content of the 8 roadmaps, this paper presents a survey results completed by the participating teams. This survey explores the likely future scenarios and strategies for developing countries in moon activities. The survey was completed by individuals who are part of the PESC project, and not necessarily represent the view of a country’s space agency, unless otherwise mentioned. Therefore, the results of the survey represent a broad range of interests and backgrounds.
