- Abstract
Introduction Thanks to the transition and establishment of the information society in Azerbaijan in the XXI century, the formation of e-government and the development of intellectual potential, the field of information and communication technologies (ICT), which is a priority after the oil sector, has had a significant impact on socio-economic life. Modern communication and information technologies, comprehensive development of the country, raising the intelligence of the population, as well as more active involvement of our republic in the integration processes taking place in the world open new opportunities for the formation of the information society. Information society Today, the countries of the world are experiencing a transition from an industrial society to an information society. As a result of the National Strategy on Information and Communication Technologies, state programs and necessary reforms for the development of the Republic of Azerbaijan, our country has provided faster integration into the global electronic space, e-government, knowledge-based economy, information security, e-citizen culture and ICT. Important steps have been taken towards the development of. Prospects for the development of the space industry in Azerbaijan As a result of the development of ICT in Azerbaijan, invaluable achievements have been made in the creation of the space industry. In recent years, projects in Azerbaijan have been successfully implemented using new technologies.
