    Abstract
    Observations from space can contribute to an understanding of climate change by using Earth observation data to track changes in sea level, carbon dioxide concentrations, and sea ice depletion, and to collect data on remote regions such as deserts and polar ice. In this work, it was proposed to launch a satellite dedicated to providing critical climate data to help improve understanding of climate change and how to mitigate it, inform decision-makers of the latest global warming indicators and provide them with images (and in monitoring the implementation of the Paris Agreement).
    
      In this research, the development of high-resolution artificial intelligence cameras that are installed on satellites to warn decision-makers of disasters before they occur was studied.
