    Abstract
Caucasus-Caspian region is the part of the Alpo-Mediterranean Sea locating from Gibraltar up to Afghanistan. There are two major mountain systems Greater and Small Caucasus. This system is in the zone of active collision of the Arabic and Eurasian plates with the quite complicated geodynamic and seismic point of view.
An except geodinamic processes there are two reasons such as antropogenic and clobal climate changes which can create a tension to the sea ecosystem. The fact is that Caspian Sea is the close ecosystem which be successfully used for climate and ecological change detection indicator.
Today is implementing number of projects within the international framework for study of Caspian Sea with application up to date space technology. The use of remote sensing for costal line rising, Lagrange method for study of sea flows, monitoring of Caspian Sea ecological condition can be particularly pointed out as an example.
It is necessary to indicate that about 80% of earthquakes in the region is taken place in Caspian Sea. As consequency there is an intence dynamics of fluids are impacting sea surface as oil spil and eroded spots. The use of stallite imageries in the visible, thermal range of infrared spectrum as well as radio waverange allow on the base of reflection and absorption to achieve high accuracy diognose of oil spilled objects.
Based on satellite images integrated into coordinate system and field measurements have been carried out studies of geo and ecosystem of Caspian Sea. In the meantime distribution of oil spil thanks to wind drift and flows can be calculated and and predicated. Pollutant area is classified by concentrati on volume and hydrometrological parameters. For the time being multicomponent environmental assessment and vectoral electronic delivery, software controlled electronic thematic maps, 3D geodynomic computer models and integral analyses are the main areas of research subjects.
This paper is dedicated to the above mentioned problems solution and change detection by use of space data processesing within a short time. It opens an excellent opportunity for decision makers to come a right way within duly time.
