    Abstract
    Open-platform satellites have gained popularity due to their flexibility and customization capabilities. However, developing and deploying these satellites requires a systematic approach to ensure their reliability and performance. This research focuses on exploring and evaluating system engineering methodologies for open-platform satellites. The study will analyze best practices and approaches in the industry, and identify challenges and opportunities in the application of these methodologies. The research outcomes will contribute to the development of a comprehensive and effective system engineering process for open-platform satellites, and support the advancement of satellite technology and its integration into various applications.
