    Abstract
The successful launch, journey, and return of NASA’s Orion capsule during the Artemis I mission started the next phase of human space exploration. The Artemis Generation— the cadre of explorers, scientists, engineers, and support staff integral to the program’s success— captured the world’s attention with Artemis I. While NASA is on the precipice of returning the first humans to the moon in half a century, it is necessary to realize the tremendous opportunity the Artemis program has in inspiring the next generation of explorers, scientists, and engineers— the post-Artemis generation. The post-Artemis generation will be integral in solving the world’s problems, from global warming to global pandemics. Such enormous challenges need global solutions derived from diverse perspectives and backgrounds. Presented here will be lessons learned in presenting to international audiences on space exploration, biomedical advancements, and the intersection of the two. Such lessons include, but are not limited to, leveraging social media, collaborating across disciplines, and highlighting prominent “hometown hero” scientists and explorers. The goal is to empower hopeful educators who venture out to inspire burgeoning citizen-scientists.
