- Abstract
The method of space exploration is space tools and astronomy.Society and space are closely related. As we know, the 21st century is the age of technology. It showed itself more in the middle of the 20th century. The first era of space exploration was related to the competition between the Soviet Union and the United States. On October 4 1957 the Soviet Union put the first man-made object into orbitSPUTNIK-1and on July 20 1969 the American Apollo-11 The first moon landing by the mission is often considered a landmark event for this early period.These events were a first in the history of mankind and gave impetus to the development of society. As a result of this development the first flights into space began. On April 12 1961 the first space travel took place with the Vostok-61 spacecraft. The first pilot was Yuli Gagarin and in this history the first manned space flight.As the first space country in history Asgardia which was created in 2016 now requires an annual payment for citizenship. Asgardia which is taken from the name of Asgard ruled by the god Odin in Scandinavian mythology was founded by Igor Ashurbeyli a scientist and businessman of Azerbaijani origin. In June 2018 he officially became the head of state.Space law creates the legal effect of the space phase and the space zone including celestial bodies and connects the rights and duties of members of space activities with appropriate norms. International space law is mainly based on international agreements. 1972 Convention on International Liability for Damage Caused by Space Objects etc contracts can be shown. The development of space from the economic point of view is ensured The first satellite launch in our country is one of the great achievements of the state of Azerbaijan in the space field. Azerbaijan is located in a favorable zone between Europe and Asia it is economically It is considered necessary to prepare and put into orbit satellites which are the main signs of information security. NATO\made a statement about the policy of space in our society and in this statement they also explained the need for a better society for ensuring their security and well-being. NATO called space a natural global environment. Space and society are closely related and this can be seen in fields such as education, politics, economics, and law.
