    Abstract
    The National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand (NARIT) intends to develop a space telescope for scientific research. During the development process, NARIT has encountered several challenges, ranging from macroscopic issues such as limited government subsidies and public acknowledgment to microscopic challenges such as technical space engineering and the need for human expertise to address these problems. This study will analyze the solutions and methods employed by NARIT to transform these challenges into opportunities, drawing on the institute's organizational core competency and infrastructure.
    
    NARIT has gained global recognition through its outreach programs, which effectively communicate the significance of space projects to government sectors and inspire enthusiasm for space technologies among the public. As a leading institute for over a decade in developing astronomy technology and engineering, NARIT is well-equipped to leverage its expertise in astronomy technology for space technology endeavors. With these solutions, our outreach program aims to attract talent to the space program, offering an alternative to employment in better-paid companies. These individuals will receive training from our technology experts and acquire the necessary skills for designing space systems. Once the space program achieves success, these talents will become a qualified workforce for the space industry.
    
    Overall, NARIT is capable of addressing not only individual space projects but also multiple initiatives that contribute to the development of a space ecosystem. This includes building human capacity in the education sector, stimulating demand in the commercial sector, and establishing career paths in space technology in Thailand.
