Title: Regional cooperation in space: policies, governance and legal tools
Description: The session will provide a forum for the discussion of existing or emerging schemes for regional cooperation in space. Three key domains are considered: political, economic aspects and the legal-institutional scheme. Organizations for the integration of regional space cooperation like APSCO, ESA and others have to be considered. Papers are expected to reflect the situation in North America, South America, Asia and Africa. The session will support the activities of the IAA ongoing Study Group on the same topic.
