    Abstract
    Space projects within emerging nations benefits various sectors within a country. We will present the benefits that Small Satellite programs and their applications have on various sectors including, infrastructure, education, planning, industry and development by taking the case of the DubaiSat projects and their contribution to the UAE. In addition, we will touch upon the development of the space programs and how it benefits the growth and expansion of the industry, ultimately benefiting humanity. Moreover, the cooperation between different Space developing countries and Space established countries to benefit the industry, economy and science (amongst others) will be outlined; by highlighting the importance of the accessibility of the knowledge and technology between the two entities.
