    Abstract
In the course of space flight cosmonauts are exposed to influence of numerous stressors which may affect their functional state, work capacity, and behavior. One of them is work-rest schedule intensity since sleep-wake cycle disorders, increase in workday duration, overload, etc., can negatively effect on crewmember’s psychophysiological state, and, as consequence, provoke errors in operator’s performance.

In our previous investigations the significant (p<0.05) interrelations between work-rest schedule intensity, cosmonauts’ psychophysiological state and crewmembers’ errors frequency have been established. On this basis the method for crewmember’s psychophysiological state control with the purpose of decrease in errors has been developed.

But large quantity of the parameters for assessment both of cosmonaut’s psychophysiological state and work-rest schedule intensity make difficulties for utilization of this method. As a result of in-depth data analysis the set of these parameters as well as the method for crewmembers’ errors prediction have been refined.

The strategy and the algorithm of control by crewmembers’ errors are described in the paper.
