    Abstract

A purpose of this research was studying a contractile activity of lymph nodes while the blood redistributing induced by prolonged antiortostatic posture in rats (n=48). Experimental rates were positioned in antiortostatic posture (angle -30°) during 14 days. Spontaneous and induced contractile activity of isolated jugular and mesenteric lymph nodes was registered. The results of the study demonstrated increase of jugular venous pressure in experimental group up to 75 mmHg comparing to control (25 mmHg). Plasma volume decreased on 6
