    Abstract
During expedition (208 days) on orbital station "Mir" T.Musabaev registered three series (in June, July, August, 1998) of measurements of the potential of galvanic skin response (GSR). This parameter was registered in each series every minute within 3 hours (180 measurements on period of time of 2 revolutions of station round the Earth). In total - 540 measurements for 9 hours were completed. The device (made by V.Glushko) excluded influence of some side factors.
In the first series (in June), biorhythms of the cosmonaut corresponded to night time on ground laws with a high settlement parameter of adaptability. In 2 revolutions of station round the Earth the "night" biorhythms GSR were replaced by "day time", and the parameter of adaptability has increased in 5 times. In 2-nd series (in July), on the first “revolution” "day time" features of galvanic skin response were registered, but the daily rhythm was registered poorly with reduction of the parameter of adaptability. On the second coupled revolution the settled parameter of adaptability came closer to a minimum level, features of daily biorhythms GSR have disappeared. In the third series of measurements (in August), characteristics of improvement of a parameter of adaptability appeared. Thus, during a long stay at orbital station the person can have inversions of "day time" biorhythms on "night" and the periods desadaptation and desynchronizes can also appear. It is probable, that during increase desynchronizes in the cosmonaut his awareness and ability to work is reduced. Probably, at orbital station it is necessary to charge the most crucial works to cosmonauts when they have "day time" biorhythms with the appropriate activation sympathy-adrenal systems are established.
In ground researches the opportunity on continuously registered potential of skin-galvanic response within 10-15 minutes was revealed to determine a level of adaptation of the person to different influences (temperature, hypoxia, to physical exposure and stress).
We state, that every minute registered potential of galvanic skin response is good integrative parameter of adaptable processes and ability to work of the cosmonaut. At full automation of registration GSR and the subsequent calculations in conditions of orbital station necessarily is real to receive a parameter correlating with potential of intellectual and physical serviceability of the person.
