Yuzhnoye State Design Office begins to conduct relative recently a hard policy for implementation of measures complex on the passivation. In according to the international normative documents [for example, see Position Paper. Space Debris Mitigation . Implementing Zero Debris Creation Zones. IAA-ESA, 2006], it is carried out in mainly by the measures as: - minimization of propellant residuals into the tanks ( on the moment of the worked out stage separation) with releasing in environment (including a pressurization gas pressure); - releasing of relative high pressure of residual gasses from tanks both of its pressurization system and engines and control system; - possible afterburning of the hypergolic propellant residuals in one from the propellant tanks; - de-energization of all onboard electric power sources. Features of implementation and efficiency of these measures, its experimental development and structural embody are given.
