    Abstract
    This paper deals with satellite network route rebuilds and network security. Because of the highly variability and complexity of satellite network, the route algorithm is improved properly based on the link-state algorithm often used by ground systems. On the basis of the improved link-state algorithm, the routing strategies are selected which take minimal hop (MH), minimal time delay(MTD), and minimal transmitting power(MTP) as principles. In addition, the network security models applicable to satellite network are proposed, including key management, authentication, access control, data security, and code security, which are designed based on the attributes, compositions and information flows of the satellite network. Finally, the simulation analysis of satellite network is performed from such two aspects: route rebuilds and network security. The satellite network simulation scene is build first, then we performed simulation of routing strategies and route rebuilds in case of invalid node appeared, time delay, time delay dithering, and route hops in different conditions are validated; then the counterwork plan is designed to simulate the data integrity and confidentiality of satellite network, and simulation conclusion is obtained. This paper is divided into 5 parts: Part 1 introduces the unique attributes of satellite network that is different from those of the ground network. In Part 2, we explain how to implement and improve the link-state algorithm to perform satellite network routing. In Part 3, network models designed based on the attributes of satellite network are discussed. The analysis of satellite network route rebuilds and network security is performed by means of simulation in Part 4. Part 5 is the conclusion.
