- Abstract
With the expected launch of ESA's Columbus laboratory towards the end of 2007, the long but fruitful period of 'early utilisation' in Europe will come to an end. This presentation will give an outlook of the enhanced capabilities available to the users of Columbus and the scientific experiments planned for the next increments. The presentation also will indicate the possibilities for further cooperation using the European facilities on board the Columbus lab, as well as the upload capabilities of Europe's Automated Transfer Vehicle, ATV. Finally, an outlook will be given on Europe's ISS utilisation planning post-2010.
