- Abstract
Super*Zip Separation Joint is a representative of linear pyrotechnic separated Equipment. It is very promising due to low explosive impact and no pollution in aerospace field. Separating process of single side and two-side doublers is simulated under two boundary conditions. Response surface method is used for optimizing reliability of separating system. At the same time linear programming function is used, which is cited from Matlab. Simulation of separating process of super zip and optimization of doublers are present. The most optimized sizes are gotten under two situations of statics and dynamics.
