- Abstract
This thesis mainly explains the designing process of producing technology ,which was applied to a special cylinder of some kind of launching equipment .This cylinder is made up of eight parts, its rigidity is weak, the difficulty of producing is great. In the process , carefully having studied not only the mechanics character, physical character ,chemical character and so on, also the structural rigidity and stability of the part, which would affect welding quality and welding deforming, we adjusted the assembling sequence and designed a perfect producing process and produced the part that meet all the technical requirements of designing documents.
